Maith thú to all our juvenile players who competed over the weekend in Croke Park in both the boys’ and girls’ team events.
Comhghairdeas to Aodhan Fox and the Tyrone U12/13 team of six, who defeated Galway in the semi-final and Kilkenny in the final, a fantastic achievement!
In the girls’ Ulster team of ten, Emma Fox, Kaylagh Bradley, Emma Conway, MaryJo Morris, and Alice McGlinchey all performed brilliantly, overcoming Connacht in the semi-final before narrowly losing out to a strong Munster team in the final by just 5 points(124–119). Well done girls, a great effort!
Finally, hard luck to Caislin Tracey in the Ulster Minor final against Laura Duff of Loughmacrory. Caislin battled hard but unfortunately struggled to find her best form after picking up an injury during the week.
